How booking works
- Enter the pickup address, destination, date and time. For airport collections add your flight number.
- You see a fixed price straight away – it does not change with traffic or demand.
- Confirm and pay securely by card. You receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
- Before the journey you can see your driver’s name and the vehicle registration in your booking.
All journeys are pre-booked, ideally at least 4 hours before pickup. We do not pick up passengers from the street or from taxi ranks.
Journeys are carried out in clean, well-presented vehicles: Tesla Model 3, Tesla Model Y, BMW 520d M Sport and Mercedes E220d saloons for up to four passengers, and a Mercedes V250 for up to seven passengers with extra luggage space.

LUXCIS Transfer LTD is a private hire operator licensed by Cardiff Council.
